Here’s the story of a black-and-white cat named Highway, and first of all, it’s heartbreaking and highly disturbing.
On January 24, someone left the highway at a stop near Interstate 95 in the coastal city of Darren, Connecticut. That day, it was freezing cold, and the temperature did not exceed 31 degrees.
