This is the official title given to the resident cat of the Prime Minister’s Office of the United Kingdom. 3. Tama Station Head

Tama is a beautiful Calico cat who railway officials ordained as station chief at Kishi Station, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan, in 2007. Her official duty is to greet passengers and look cute.

Tama is paid with food, a gold nametag on her collar engraved with her official title, and a stationmaster hat specially made to match the little Cat’s head. Tama ᴘᴀssᴇᴅ ᴀᴡᴀʏ in 2015. It is estimated that Tama contributed 1.4 billion yen to the Japanese economy from tourism because so many special people come to Wakayama to visit little Tama at the station.

Ta-Miu was one of ancient Egypt’s most notable cats as the pet of Pharaoh Amenhotep III during the 18th Dynasty. This old Cat was even more honored than his later owners. Crème Puff is the oldest known Cat in history and earned a Guinness World Records title for her ʟᴏɴɢᴇᴠɪᴛʏ. Crème Puff ᴅɪᴇᴅ after ʟɪᴠɪɴɢ 38 years and three days. It comes from Austin, Texas. Its owner attributes the Cat’s ʟᴏɴɢᴇᴠɪᴛʏ to a diet consisting of turkey, bacon, eggs, asparagus, broccoli, and coffee with cream.

6. Space Cadet Felicette

Felicette is the first and only Cat to return to earth after traveling into space. On October 18, 1963, Felicette was launched into space by the French aviation agency. French scientists undertook this project to study the ᴇꜰꜰᴇᴄᴛs of a ʟᴀᴄᴋ of ɢʀᴀᴠɪᴛʏ on animals to predict the outcome for humans better. Felicette was chosen for the ᴅɪꜰꜰɪᴄᴜʟᴛ task out of 13 other cats to train with due to her calm nature.

7. Mayor Stubbs Of Talkeetna, Alaska

After the people of Talkeetna, Alaska, didn’t like every human candidate in the local mayoral election, they decided to vote for a ꜰᴇʀᴀʟ cat that roams around town, Stubbs. Stubbs’ mayor’s office was established at the town’s grocery store, and the cat mayor stayed there for 20 years until his retirement. One can see the cat mayor enjoying a full glass of wine and food every afternoon at one of the town’s local restaurants. Stubbs ᴘᴀssᴇᴅ ᴀᴡᴀʏ in 2017 and is solemnly ʙᴜʀɪᴇᴅ by its voters.

8. Screen Star Orangey

Best known for her role as “Cat” in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, the Orangey superstar has starred alongside some of the most famous stars of the day, such as Audrey Hepburn and Dick Van Dyke. The Cat has also appeared in many movies and TV shows. Orangey’s acting career was so successful that she even won a Patsy Award. Orangey even had “sᴛᴀʀ ᴅɪsᴇᴀsᴇ” when he sᴄʀᴀᴛᴄʜᴇᴅ and ʙɪᴛ his co-star and ʀᴀɴ ᴀᴡᴀʏ often.
